I found the hotel to be cozy and welcoming, offering comfortable rooms and top-notch service. The location was charming, creating a peaceful atmosphere. However, dining choices were limited, and the access to the hotel had some challenges.
The hotel offers spacious rooms with great amenities for children to enjoy the environment, although it is a little far from the subway station. The exceptional service, apart from one night manager, goes the extra mile to meet our needs. The dining experience is wonderful but somewhat expensive, and the location could be more central. Overall, a comfortable stay with friendly staff and good facilities.
The hotel had large twin beds pushed together, which may not be the most comfortable for a couple, but overall the rooms were lovely, stylish, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable, with every amenity you could think of. The service was beyond helpful and friendly, going out of their way to assist guests. The location was quiet yet close to shopping and restaurants. The dining experience was good, especially the bakery goods, but could offer more variety. The facilities were excellent, nicely laid out, ample in size, clean, and well equipped.
The hotel offers spacious and immaculately clean rooms with a sitting area, making our visit pleasurable. The shuttle bus service to the nearest train station every 20 minutes is very convenient. However, the dining experience was underwhelming with few options.
